Keep going

I write this sitting on a plane as I head to my cousin's wedding (Mazal Tov Isaac & Dora!) with mixed feelings. Five years ago I sat on a plane as we moved to Duluth to strengthen the Jewish community with hope and and optimism. Today our hearts are broken with the terrible news coming out of the holy land of Israel. The only thing that seems right is to march forward. To continue doing mitzvahs, pray for our brothers and sisters on the front lines, and continue to be proud to be Jewish. For the joy of the wonderful holidays we just experienced to keep us going. And for the next five years and five years after that we will continue to only grow and strengthen our Jewish pride and community in our Northern Minnesota home until the coming of Moshiach.

May Hashem protect our brethren in the land of Israel and the Jewish people everywhere.
