A HOME FOR JEWISH LIFE
For seven years, Chabad has been without an adequate home. Programs have had to take place in rented spaces, requiring books, food, a mechitzah, and even a Torah to be schlepped—often on short, frigid Friday afternoons. Many times, gatherings were packed into the Rabbi’s living room, with barely enough space. Services and classes were often limited by when a rental was available, not by the rhythm of Jewish life.
With the purchase of a beautiful new property, the shlepping and squeezing will be a thing of the past. Nestled in a beautiful and central neighborhood, the new home offers the warmth and space needed to build a lasting Jewish future in Duluth.
